Partnerships are like Sole Trader's. This company type would usually be bigger than a sole trader as more people are putting money in. Decision making is much, much slower as there are other people who would need to agree with the decision you make. You can have a person who is a sleeper who will put money into the company but makes no decisions, however if the business goes bankrupt that person will only lose the money they put in but the people who will make decisions will lose money and possibly have items re-possessed.
